The Artisan Food Center is a 6,912 square foot building that houses 5 commercial kitchens (mini dairy, sausage kitchen, cannery, bakery and modern cooling and freezing areas), a small retail area, and a public restroom under one roof. All kitchen spaces meet USDA and local health department requirements. The building will be constructed to LEED standards, with top-notch energy efficiency. It is expected to be leased to different food companies. The spaces are designed for energy-efficient and can be modified to fit an individual business’ needs.
